We infuse all our cakes with specially selected Bach Flower Essences for their subtle energies to support each customer and to suit every occasion

Our cakes are made to our delicious original and unique recipes, using quality organic ingredients.  These include 100% organic wholemeal, and white spelt – an ancient form of wheat used in Bronze Age to Medieval times & better for the digestion than regular wheat (no bloating and suitable for some who have a mild wheat intolerance); a variety of Gluten Free flour alternatives; free-range organic eggs, locally sourced; unrefined golden caster sugar (holding on to nutrients and minerals); suitable sugar alternatives; organic rapeseed oil; organic flavourings and spices; gluten free organic raising ingredients; organic Fairtrade cocoa; organic vegetables.
